PNW Theater Festival Details

Open to all theater studios, community theater groups, and educational institutions.

Participants must register their studio or group and submit an entry form by the deadline of April 30, 2025. 

• Register online through the festival website.

• Acting 
  • Monologue: Dramatic or Comedic 
  • Scene work: Dramatic or Comedic
• Singing (All genres including Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock, etc.)
  • Vocal only 
  • Song and Dance 

• Each group is allowed multiple entries per category and age group.  
• Performances must be original or have proper rights secured for any non-original work.
• All performances must be family-friendly.
• Props can be used for performances but are required to be managed by the studio performing.

• Solo: 2:45 - 3:15
• Duo/Trio: 2:45 - 3:45
• Small Group (4 - 9) 3:00 - 4:00 
• Medium Group (10 - 19) 4:00 - 6:00 
• Large Group (20 - 29) 4:00 - 7:00 
• Production (30+) 8:00 - 10:00 

• Mini: 7 & under 
• Junior: 8 - 9 
• Pre-Teen: 10 - 12 
• Teen: 13 - 15 
• Senior: 16 - 19 

* Groups will be placed into appropriate age divisions based on the group's average age.
